Hartwell House, Restaurant and Spa has until recently kept rather quiet about its spa. But the time has come to stop being reclusive and shout about being exclusive with our lovely pool, saunas and fantastic beauty treatments!

The style and approach of the Spa concentrates on beauty, fitness, and health in an atmosphere that is always calm, relaxed and uncrowded.

The spa is set apart from the main hotel and has a heavenly indoor pool lined with blue mosaic tiles, a steam room, sauna and a bubbling whirlpool bath. There are also experienced therapists who are able to offer a wide range of beauty treatments using Clarins, E'SPA, Jessica and St Tropez products. For the energetic, a superb gymnasium has all the latest equipment, suitable for all ranges of fitness.

As a member of this exclusive spa, you can wander freely around the 90 acres of gardens, be assured of calm and peace and quiet. Well-trained staff are there to attend to your every need, be it treatments, drinks, food or fresh towels. Children are only admitted on a limited basis at certain clearly defined hours, which ensures the serenity of the spa.

Additional benefits that club membership offers are: use of the hotel tennis courts plus 15% discounts on all therapies and treatments from Monday to Friday, and on food in the Spa Buttery and Bar, as well as on dinner taken in the main restaurant on Sunday evenings. You will also receive notification on regular beauty events, fashion shows and evenings held in the Spa and hotel.

There are a variety of membership categories depending on your needs and requirements. Full Membership gives you unlimited use of the swimming pool, steam room, spa bath, saunas, gymnasium, Spa Bar and Buttery. Midweek Membership allows you entry all day Monday - Thursday (including Bank Holidays) and until 4:30 pm Friday, includes use of the swimming pool, steam room, spa bath, saunas, gymnasium, Spa Bar and Buttery. Joint Membership gives full membership for husband and wife or Midweek membership for husband and wife.

Membership fees can be paid in full, over 10 months or every 3 months.

Members are able to invite guests at a cost of £13 per visit, and children of members age (8-16) may use the spa on Sunday between 1pm and 5pm when accompanied by an adult
