Hartwell Encourages Young Excellence

Hartwell House has been supporting its local community by nurturing the talent of tomorrow. Head Chef Daniel Richardson has been a mentor to local schoolgirl, Anna Farrell, who was recently declared National Rotary Young Chef of the Year 2007.

Anna outshone eleven other youngsters to become the champion. Hartwell's Head Chef worked with Anna to design her sumptuous winning menu which included Citrus Blinis with Smoked Salmon Roses, Chicken Ballotine with Sundried Tomatoes and a Praline Mousse with a Compote of Summer Fruits.

Hartwell's gastronomic brilliance is reflected in its amazing lunch offers. With Hartwell's Special Seasonal Lunch, Head Chef Daniel Richardson creates magic with local produce and seasonal offerings to create a delectable menu. Enjoy this 3-course set lunch with coffee for just £19.50 per person.
