The Noticeably Award Winning Bodysgallen Hall and Spa

Bodysgallen Hall and Spa in Llandudno, North Wales, really is an award winning hotel. Last year, the hotel was named as one of the "Hotels of the Year" by The Which? Guide to Good Hotels 2004. It also won the RAC 4 Star Gold Ribbon Award for 2004.

Now the Spa in particular has been singled out by Conde Nast Traveller Magazine who voted it one of the top 10 Spa retreats in the United Kingdom.

There are 6 beauty salons staffed by qualified therapists providing treatments using Molton Brown, Clarins, E'Spa, Jessica, OPI and St. Tropez products. Molton Brown Spa treatments are new to Bodysgallen Spa and it is only one of 20 exclusive UK Spas to provide; the Equabalance facial which leaves the senses and circulation energised and equalised, and the Lifeforce facial which leaves the skin feeling moisturised and dewy.

There are also the amazing corporeal cocoon bodywraps, which deliver deep rejuvenation to the body and the senses with a blend of active topical ingredients and potent essential oils. The wraps include Eucalyptus, Grapeseed, Gingerlily and Yuan Zhi. The Spa has a 50' swimming pool edged with comfortable reclining chairs, whirlpool spa bath, steam room and sauna. There is also a superb gymnasium which has all the latest technologically advanced equipment, suitable for all ranges of fitness. Plus a comfortable Club Room where guests and members can relax and enjoy drinks and light meals, served on the terrace in the summer. The Bodysgallen Spa break is available From 1 April 2004 until 31 March 2005, (Sunday to Thursday excluding Bank Holidays) with accommodation in one of the Spa Cottage Suites. The break includes overnight accommodation, table d'hote dinner, and half a bottle of champagne per person in the room, early morning tea and cooked breakfast. Also included is a back, neck and shoulder massage, and a choice of one of the following Molton Brown "Mirror of Life Facials". Equabalance for rebalancing and brightening, Primal Source for enlivening and instantly revitalising, Life Force for firming and instantly rejuvenating, and Equilibrium Energising and Clarifying for me! In addition, there is a £30 allowance towards a Molton Brown Elemental Body Massage or Corporeal Bodywrap.

The Bodysgallen Spa break is £210 per person per night, and should your partner not wish to take any treatments he or she may stay for £130 per night inclusive of dinner, bed and breakfast.
